Selection procedures
The selection of articles is made after a double blind evaluation of a complete version of the proposed article (20 000 to 30 000 characters).
The language of communication is French and English (no simultaneous translation).
Drafting instructions
Text submissions must be made in a standard word processing format (.doc, .docx, .odt, .rtf). Authors should scrupulously follow the instructions to authors available online. Proposals must be submitted via the Easychair platform.

Publication of the Proceedings
LThe proceedings of the conference will be published by Europia.
Only articles presented by their author(s) at the symposium will be published.
Instruction aux auteurs
Proposals are expected by November 12, 2018. They must be written in the form of an article, in French or English, with a maximum length of 30,000 characters (including spaces).
For the submission version, the authors will take particular care to respect the anonymity of the proposals. These should contain only the proposal title, abstract and keywords, the body of the article (no reference should allow reviewers to identify the author(s)) and bibliographic references. Proposals must be submitted via the Easychair platform.
Proposals are evaluated on a double blind basis. A notification is sent to the authors on December 17, 2018.
Final version
The selected proposals must be submitted in their final version no later than February 3, 2019. These must take into account any comments made by the evaluators. Authors are invited to scrupulously follow the editorial standards of the publisher Europia, downloadable in the following formats : DOC, RTF.
Symposium Registration
Registration for the conference is mandatory (for at least one author in case of co-writing) and must be completed before February 3, 2019. Only articles presented by their author(s) at the symposium will be published.
