Introduction
La société
d'information est en pleine effervescence et les Nouvelles Technologies
de l'Information et de la Communication ne cessent de faire évoluer
les univers d'apprentissage, de formation et d'aide à
la décision. Université virtuelle, livre électronique,
cyberclasse, apprentissage par le web (télé-apprentissage
en temps réel ou différé), formation par
la technologie sans fil (WAP : Wireless Application Protocol),
extraction des connaissances stratégiques à partir
du web, etc. se sont déjà imposés.
CAPS'3 propose de revoir, débattre et prédire les
potentialités, avantages et les évolutions possibles
de ces coopérations (apprentissage, décision, formation,
réseaux (câblés ou sans fil)) qui demeurent
incontournables.
